This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling or returning services provided by Praxis360 Marketing Pvt. Ltd., located in Nagpur.
Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients may cancel their services by providing 45 days written notice to Praxis360 Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
Suspension Of Services: Cancellation of the project before the contracted period will be liable for withdrawal of benefits, discounts, complimentary services, or extended services provided (if any).
Handover: Handover will only be initiated after settlement of outstanding payments. Any outstanding payments, including but not limited to service fees and additional charges, are to be settled within 30 days.
If service delivery is significantly impacted by a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions, both parties may terminate the contract without penalty.
SEO or digital marketing services aren’t refundable; however, clients can cancel their subscriptions by giving written notice at least 30 days before the date.
We cannot offer refunds for deposits or payments made if projects are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 calendar days.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute is subjected to resolution under Nagpur Jurisdiction.
