Patients wanted to be treated exclusively by Dr. Nilesh, even for minor issues. This made the other team members feel undervalued and also overwhelmed Dr. Nilesh with work. They feared the same issue would follow them to their new, larger clinic, so they turned to us for help.

Initial Assessment

The clinic name, “Dr. Nilesh’s Advanced Dental Care & Implant Centre,” focused only on Dr Nilesh.
Patients assumed Dr. Nilesh was the chief doctor with the most experience, making them insist on being treated by him.
Patients' demands shifted the workload on Dr Nilesh and did not give enough recognition to the rest of the team.

This was only possible by changing the clinic name and shifting the focus from Dr Nilesh’s name.
